A Web Designer's ultimate goal of creating a website is to provide a balance between its appeal (for the look and feel needed, effects), inclusion (optimized and coded and error-free), user-friendliness (easy-to -use navigation) of a single user interface (web standards compliant and cross-browser compatible) - no compromises on both of them.The extremes, the hole designs with cluttered content, and difficult to navigate, complex designs, professional web designers must learn how to professionally design a web, is impressive, coherent and well organized, fast loading and easy to use.
